We saw two outcomes playing out over and over. We watched talented professionals — qualified accountants, experienced brokers, registered migration agents — stay trapped in employment or burn out trying to go independent. We obtained our own Tax Practitioners Board registration, secured Australian Credit Licence #570198, and registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority. Then we built the operational infrastructure around each one — software, compliance frameworks, mentoring programs, and community referral networks.
Today, KSH Group is a fully licensed practice platform across three professional verticals. We're not a franchise. We're not a co-working space. We're the backend infrastructure that lets qualified professionals run their own practices with institutional-grade support — from day one.
